Novi Area Parks
Brookfarm Park is a small residential park at the end of Ripple Creek. The park has a large greenspace and a short paved path.
Ella Mae Power Park has several baseball and softball fields, which are very popular from spring through the summer. There is a playscape on the south side of the park. The park is adjacent to Novi High School, which has tennis courts that can be used when school is not in session.
Fuerst Park has several sculptures and a winding walking path. On the east side of the park, there is an amphitheater that is used for events. The historic township hall is located nearby.
ITC Community Sports Park is a large athletic complex on 8 Mile Road. The park has many soccer fields and baseball diamonds, which are used for community recreation programs and leagues. Basketball courts, tennis courts, a picnic shelter, and wooden playscape are on the southeast side of the park. A paved walking path winds along the drive that goes through the park.
Maybury State Park is located just down the street from the park.
Lakeshore Park has a small beach on the south side of Walled Lake. The beach is only accessible through a tunnel that goes under Lake Drive. The park has picnic areas, picnic shelters, playscapes, and volleyball courts. On the southwest side of the park, there is a trail system that is used for hiking and mountain biking.
Pavilion Shore Park is on the south side of Walled Lake. It's a nice place to relax. Picnic tables at the park offer beautiful views of the lake. There is a small fishing pier on the west side of the park.
Rotary Park is located near an industrial area on Roethel Drive. The small park has a playscape, picnic shelter and tennis courts.
Wildlife Woods Park is located next to Novi Middle School and Deerfield Elementary. The park has a large picnic shelter with ballfields nearby. The middle school's basketball courts and tennis courts are located next to the park and can be used when school is not in session.

Village Wood Park are undeveloped parks in residential areas.
Novi Area Trails
I-275 Metro Trail passes through part of Novi. The northern trailhead is in Novi on the east side of Meadowbrook Road, near I-275. The trail stretches 26 miles and goes south through Oakland County and Wayne County. It's primarily used for biking, but it can also be used for walking and jogging.
On the north side of Novi, Lakeshore Park features an lengthy trail system for hiking and mountain biking. The mountain biking trail is a single track that winds and loops through a wooded area for several miles.
ITC Community Sports Park has a paved path that winds along the drive through the park. The path can be used for walking and jogging.
Novi has several miles of paved paths and sidewalks along its streets. They can be used for biking, jogging, and walking.
Maybury State Park has several miles of paved and dirt trails, including routes for horseback riding. The park is located on 8 Mile Road in Northville.
Area Bike Routes
On 8 Mile Road, there are paved bike lanes on the edges of the road. The bike route can be used to travel between ITC Community Sports Park and Maybury State Park. The route is about two miles long.
Taft Road has paved bike lanes between 8 Mile Road and 9 Mile Road.
Along Walled Lake Drive, there is a bike route that offers scenic views of Walled Lake. The route is about a mile and a half long. See the
