Attractions: Lake of the Clouds, Summit Peak, Government Peak, Manabezho Falls, Manido Falls, and Nawadaha Falls.

Trails: There are over 100 miles of trails that meander through the wilderness. Be aware that the trails in the Porcupine Mountains can be steep at times. The Lake Superior Trail is the longest at 17 miles long. The Government Peak Trail is a popular route and is 7.30 miles long. There are over six miles of mountain biking and cross-country skiing trails on the northeast part of the park. All trails shown can be used for hiking.

Bike Routes: The bike route along 107th Engineers Memorial Highway between Silver City and the Porcupine Mountains uses the paved shoulder. It is approximately 8 miles from the visitors center to the Lake of the Clouds. The bike route to the Lake of the Clouds has some steep hills.

Also shown: The downhill ski area and cross-country ski trails, which are accessed from a drive off of M-107, west of the Union Bay Campground.

The map shows the locations of campgrounds, cabins, and backcountry campsites. Use the bear poles when available.

You could see black bears, chipmunks, deer, raccoons, snakes, or other animals inside the park. Be aware that bears can be unpredictable and dangerous.

Bike Routes: The Silver City to Porcupine Mountains Wilderness State Park is about three miles long. The bike route along 107th Engineers Memorial Highway and M-64 uses the wide paved shoulder. You can see Lake Superior in a few spots along the bike route.

Within the state park, you will need to share the road and ride on the outside of the road lane.

Trails: The trails for mountain biking and cross-country skiing are on the northwest side of the state park. The map also shows a few hiking trails.
