The Lakelands Trail State Park can be used for biking, hiking, horseback riding, and cross-country skiing between Stockbridge and Pinckney.
Trailheads are located at Center Street in Stockbridge, Pearl Street in Pinckney, and in the center of Gregory. The parking lots in Pinckney and Stockbridge are large enough for horse trailers.
The map also shows the Pinckney Recreation Area and part of the Chelsea-Stockbridge road shoulder bike route on M-52.

The Lakelands Trail State Park is paved in Hamburg Township. The trail can be used for biking, hiking, and jogging.
Parking for the trail is at the trailheads in Hamburg on Hamburg Road and in Pinckney on Pearl Street. A trail spur on Merrill Road leads from the parking area at Bennett Memorial Park.
